Installation Steps

Follow these steps to install the Customer Profile App Extension for the Glow Loyalty program in Shopify:

Step 1: Access the Theme Customization Panel

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.

  2. Click Online Store in the left-hand menu, then select Themes.

  3. Click the Customize button on your active theme.

Step 2: Navigate to the Checkout & Customer Accounts Section

  1. In the theme editor, locate the top dropdown menu (which defaults to Home Page).

  2. Select Checkout & Customer Accounts from the dropdown list.

Step 3: Add the Glow Loyalty App Block

  1. Locate the Customer Profile App Extension section within Checkout & Customer Accounts.

  2. Click Add app block and select Glow Loyalty & Rewards.

  3. Choose where on the profile page the Glow Loyalty block should appear.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Step 4: Verify Installation

  1. Open your Shopify storefront and log in as a test customer.

  2. Navigate to the Account Profile section.

  3. Ensure loyalty details, including points balance and rewards, are displayed correctly.
