Yes, customers can use more than one discount code when the discounts are allowed to combine in Shopify.

Glow lets you choose which types of discounts can combine with the codes generated from each reward.

Go to Rewards > Manage Rewards, then open the reward you want to edit.

Under Discount Combinations, choose which other discount types this reward's generated codes can combine with:

For example, if you want a $10 off reward code to work with a free shipping code, allow the reward to combine with shipping discounts.

If you want a free shipping reward to work with another order discount, allow the free shipping reward to combine with order discounts.

Shopify only combines discounts when the discounts are compatible and the combination settings allow them.

If a Glow reward code is being used with another discount, check both discounts in Shopify:

If either discount does not allow the combination, Shopify may reject one of the codes or apply the best available discount instead.

Changing Discount Combinations in Glow controls future discount codes generated from that reward.

If a customer already redeemed points and already has a code, open that code in Shopify and edit the combination settings there.

In this example, a customer is using an order discount and a free shipping discount in the same checkout.

Shopify also has limits on how many codes can be used in one checkout. At the time of this article, Shopify allows up to 5 product or order discount codes and 1 shipping discount code on the same order.

Open each discount in Shopify and confirm both discounts allow the combination.

Also check for automatic discounts. A customer's cart may already have an automatic discount applied before they enter the Glow code.

The customer may have redeemed the code before you changed the reward settings.

Open the already-created code in Shopify and edit the code's combination settings there.

Free shipping rewards do not show the Shipping discounts combination checkbox in Glow because they are already shipping discounts.

Use Order discounts or Product discounts if you want the free shipping code to combine with those discount types.
