Yes! When you create a reward you can specify the other types of discounts you want to be allowed in combination. 

Order Discounts: This type of discount is applied to the total order value. It can be a percentage off the entire order or a fixed amount discount once the order reaches a certain value.

Product Discounts: These apply to specific products or collections. They can be a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or a 'buy X get Y' type of deal.

Shipping Discounts: These discounts are applied to shipping rates only.

In the example below, a free shipping discount is being combined with a $10 fixed amount off an order discount that was redeemed through glow:
