What kinds of rewards can I give my customers?

Using Glow, you can offer a variety of rewards including custom discounts, free shipping and free products

Glow allows you to create custom rewards to encourage your customers to shop even more. These rewards include fixed dollar discounts, percentage-based discounts, free shipping, or even a free product.

When creating a reward, you can set the reward's cost and value. The cost is how many points the customer needs to redeem to unlock the reward. The reward value is how much the customer can save on their purchase.

The rewards can apply to any purchase in your store, or you can decide to limit it to a specific product or collection. You can even restrict it to only apply to purchases above a minimum amount.

Please note: The free product order reward only works on products with a single variant. If you have multiple variants (color or size) you won't be able to select it.

When a customer redeems their reward we will create a custom discount code, just for them.
