We’ve created a setup wizard that guides businesses through the installation process in just five simple steps. For most businesses, the wizard is all you’ll need to get started and create a simple loyalty program on Shopify.

The wizard allows you to specify:

Choose the events or moments you’d like to award points for. For example, you can award points for:

Name your “points” (e.g., stars, coins, etc.) and select the main colors for your loyalty widget.

Define how many points are awarded for purchases. For example, you can tell Glow to award 15 points per $1.00 USD spent through your website or POS system. Glow will use the main currency from your Shopify account.

Note: Glow supports awarding points in decimals. This is especially useful for countries like Japan, where the high value of goods and services makes decimal-based points systems ideal. For example, you could award 0.1 points per ¥1 spent to make your loyalty program more precise and appealing.

Define how many points to award for other events/moments you enabled in Step 1 (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, referrals, etc.).

Before launching, Glow allows you to review your setup to ensure your math is correct. You can verify everything on the summary page before going live.
