With Glow, you can translate every aspect of your member's experience, including Glow's member-facing widget and all the email notifications. This can be done from the account settings menu under the Translation section.

Customize Emails and Text

  1. Log in to your Shopify store and go to the "Apps" section.

  2. Click on the "Glow Loyalty" app to open it.

  3. In the left-hand menu, click on the "Settings" option.

  4. Scroll down and click on the Translation option

5. From here you can view and customize all the text that appears in the member-facing widget and the language used in emails.

Please Note: The default language for the Glow Loyalty app is the same as your Shopify store's. If you have multiple languages enabled on your Shopify store, you can use the toggle in the Glow Loyalty app to customize the app for each of the languages your store supports. This will allow you to provide a consistent customer experience using different languages in your store.

Create Program Rules

The last section of the Translation feature in Glow Loyalty is the Program Rules, which is optional. If you add content to this section, it will create a new menu item in the customer-facing widget that displays the rules you provide.

On the left there are a list of variables you can use. The variables will be replaced with real values when shown to customers. For example, "{points_name}" will be changed to "Points" when displayed to members.

Note: Variables should NOT be translated if you want the values to be dynamically updated and shown to customers. Variables should always be written in English.
