Use Glow's Shopify customer account app block when you want logged-in customers to see their loyalty program inside their Shopify customer profile.
The customer profile block can show loyalty points, lifetime points, VIP tier, referral information, available rewards, active discount codes, and recent point history.
Before you start
Make sure Glow is installed and active.
Make sure Shopify customer accounts are available for your store.
Make sure you have permission in Shopify to edit customer account pages.
Use a test customer with loyalty activity so you can confirm the block is showing personalized data.
Open the Shopify customer profile editor from Glow
In Glow, go to Home.
In Embedded Content Blocks, select Customer Profile.
If you also want Glow to show loyalty information on customer order pages, use Order Details after you set up the profile block.
Add the Glow Customer UI block in Shopify
In Shopify's editor:
Confirm the page selector is on Profile.
Open the Apps panel.
Find Glow: Loyalty Points & Rewards.
Add the Customer UI block.
Place the block where you want it to appear on the profile page.
Preview the profile page.
Click Save or Publish, depending on the action Shopify shows.
What customers can see
When the block loads for a logged-in customer, Glow can show:
Current point balance.
Lifetime points.
VIP tier.
Referral count and referral link, when referrals are enabled.
Available non-product rewards.
Active discount codes.
Recent point history.
Product rewards are not shown or redeemed through the customer profile block. Keep product rewards available through the storefront widget, Shopify POS, or another tested flow.
Test the customer profile block
Save or publish the Shopify editor change.
Open your storefront's customer account area as a test customer.
Go to the customer's Profile page.
Confirm the Glow loyalty block appears.
Check that the points, rewards, discounts, and history match the member record in Glow.
If you also add Glow to Order Details, open a test customer's order page and confirm the order-specific loyalty message appears there too.
Common issues
I do not see the Glow app block
Make sure you are in Shopify's checkout/customer account editor, not the regular Online Store theme editor.
Also confirm Glow is installed on the same Shopify store and that your Shopify user has permission to edit customer account pages.
The block shows an error or no customer data
The customer needs to be signed in. Glow uses Shopify's customer identity from the customer account page to load or create the matching Glow member.
If the customer is signed in but data still does not appear, open the customer in Glow and confirm the member exists and is not excluded from the loyalty program.
Rewards are missing from the customer profile
Customer profile rewards do not include product rewards. For other reward types, check that the reward is enabled, the customer has enough points, and any reward restrictions are satisfied.
The block appears in preview but not for customers
Make sure the Shopify editor change was saved or published. Then confirm you added the block to Profile, not only to another surface such as Order status.
