If the loyalty widget or Product Points Earned block is missing from your storefront, start by checking whether Glow is enabled and whether the right Shopify theme surface is active.
The loyalty widget and the product points block are separate pieces:
The loyalty widget needs Glow's Main App Toggle and the Widget App Embed Block.
The product points block needs to be added to the product template where you want the earning message to appear.
Start with the main Glow status
In Glow, open Home.
Check the status messages near the top of the dashboard. For the storefront widget, both of these should show success:
The overall App functionality is enabled
The Widget App Embed Block is enabled in your published theme
If either status needs attention, fix that first:
Turn on the Main App Toggle in Glow if the overall app is disabled.
Enable the Glow: Loyalty & Rewards app embed in your published Shopify theme if the Widget App Embed Block is disabled.
After making a change, refresh your storefront and test again.
If the loyalty widget is still missing
Open Settings > Account Settings > Widget in Glow and check these settings.
Launcher Position
If Launcher Position is set to Hidden, Glow will not show the default rewards launcher button on your storefront.
Use Hidden only when you plan to open the widget from a custom menu link, button, or other custom launch method.
Page Visibility
In Page Visibility, check whether the widget is set to show on all pages, only selected pages, or everywhere except selected pages.
If you are using Show widget on these pages or Hide widget on these pages, make sure the page path you are testing matches the rule you entered.
For example, /products/* applies to product pages.
When testing page visibility, open a regular storefront URL. Do not test with ?launchLoyalty=1, because that URL is designed to open the widget directly.
If the Product Points Earned block is missing
In Glow, open Home and find Embedded Content Blocks.
Click Product Page to open the Shopify theme editor for your product template.
In Shopify, confirm that Product Points Earned appears in the product template where you want the points message to show. If you add or move the block, click Save in Shopify.
The Shopify theme editor may show a preview-mode message or sample data while you are editing. That does not always mean the live storefront is broken.
After saving, open a live product page and confirm the earning message appears near the product form.
If your store uses more than one product template, check the template assigned to the product you are testing. Adding the block to one product template does not automatically add it to every alternate product template.
What customers should see
When everything is set up correctly:
The loyalty widget launcher appears on pages where your widget settings allow it.
Product pages that include the Product Points Earned block show a message like Earn 10 points when you purchase this item.
If the product block says the customer will not earn points, the block is rendering. Review your points setup separately to confirm the product or order should earn points.
When to contact support
Contact Glow support if the checks above look correct but the widget or product points block still does not appear.
Include:
Your Shopify store URL.
The storefront page or product URL you tested.
Whether the Glow dashboard shows success for the Main App Toggle and Widget App Embed Block.
A screenshot of the Shopify theme editor showing where the Product Points Earned block is placed.
