Install Glow from Shopify Apps to connect your store and start setting up your loyalty program. After installation, Glow should open inside your Shopify admin and show the setup wizard or dashboard.
Before you start
You need:
Access to your Shopify admin.
Permission to install apps for the store.
Permission to approve app charges or select a plan, if Shopify prompts you during installation.
If you are not the store owner, ask the store owner or an admin to install Glow or grant the required permissions.
Install Glow
In Shopify, go to Apps.
Search for Glow Loyalty, or open Glow from the Shopify App Store.
Select Install.
Review the permissions Shopify shows during installation.
Approve the installation.
If Shopify or Glow asks you to choose or approve a plan, follow the prompts.
After installation, open Glow from your Shopify Apps list.
Confirm Glow is connected
Glow is connected when:
The Glow dashboard loads without an authorization error.
The setup wizard or onboarding flow is available.
Your store information appears in Glow.
If you can open the Glow dashboard and continue setup, you are ready to configure your loyalty program.
Use the Getting Started (Setup Guide) card to continue your loyalty program setup.
Common issues
Shopify sends me back to the install screen
If installation appears to loop, try opening Glow from Shopify admin > Apps again. If the issue continues, sign out and back in to Shopify, or try a private browser window.
I cannot approve the installation
Your Shopify user may not have permission to install apps or approve billing. Ask the store owner or a Shopify admin to complete the installation.
Glow opens but setup does not start
Open the Glow dashboard and look for setup prompts or dashboard quick links. If the dashboard loads but setup options are missing, contact support with your Shopify store URL and a screenshot of what you see.
