If you've enabled birthday rewards, you might be wondering how Glow knows when your customer's birthday is. This isn't the information that Shopify normally collects, so we've added it to the Glow widget.
When birthday points are enabled, customers will see the option to save their birthday in Glow.
When they click "Save Date," they will be taken to a screen where they can input their birthday.
Once they input their birthday, this option will be locked to prevent customers from changing their birthday to game the system and get extra rewards.
